I think management needed to push hard with door to door service, because i talk to few owners....they even dun know this issue....i ask them u didn't received any circular from mgmt.....they said yes but din read it ....really bad icon_question.gif

Adrian told me he is thinking to do the wall tiles rather than just painting at the lobby,
because no point to repaint so many times at that easy get vandalism area...

If make the wall tiles will solve the problem & look clean also.
Final decision will do or not still don't know... My task are just show him the look & feel tongue.gif

Haiz~bad news....majority of the JMB members don't like the grey + white color. "we expect only in 2 years will have fund for whole complex repainting. Our building color is old n dirty & with grey color it might give a dull look, if we repaint whole block then it will look great." sad.gif

For me I think it's not a reason...Grey+White still look great even didn't paint the whole complex at the moment. Oppositely, if we now paint the fresh color at front wall but not for whole complex..it will look front fresh & back look dirty old...it will become more weird. But it not happen to Cool Neutral grey color.

What's your opinion?

Vista Komanwel only Grey+White look obviously than others..

Condo as usual will repaint within 5 years. White color is not a problem if keep maintain.
Bad example for our ground floor lift area currently when paint without white. It look dark & cheap~

If all owners keep to give full payment to the maintenance fee, management minimum will receive 253K/mth.
253000 x 12 = RM3036000/year
3036000 x 5 = RM15180000/ 5 years
we just need to pay the maintenance fee, our wallet no need suffer. laugh.gif

Why not? 5 years later to repaint also can wat~ Still have extra fund to maintain the facilities in the condo rolleyes.gif

Good news!!! Exsim developer announced at the party regarding they think to sponsor the expenses of repaint the whole Bukit OUG condo once they get approval from DBKL & Ikram report. They will work close with JMB to discuss the detail later. (gula for resident Bukit OUG Condo~ But I'm welcome smile.gif haha! ) Witness by YB Teresa Kok

thumbprint register is for the side entrance use.
which mean thumbprint resident without registered
cannot walk in from the side entrance. smile.gif

JMB been given the notification via notice board,

Adrian called me last Monday regarding which type of grey color to use for the paint color. I been suggested him don't choose the dark grey, medium grey will be nice.

Yes. Exactly! Then join to the 3rd station is at beside Bukit Jalil Highway Mercedes Showroom there.
The 1st LRT extension station which is at beside 2 storey Multi Purpose Hall are started work on February 2011.
The station will completed on May 2013.

coz currenty Bukit OUG full of residential development & didn't see any commercial development come in yet.
