Updating the repaint condo status;

Repaint only for the front block for sure will give a lot of question mark "????" to the residents...

Nvrmind, let me explain why the repaint stopped at the front block, this is because of the "raining season" problem!

The work can't proceed to the next step once the god keep giving us "water " from the sky....

Let us pray the god stop to give us Bukit OUG owners "water" a while to complete the repaint work first~keke

Color was chosen Grey + White (Management was accepted my proposal Concept image could view back my previous post)

The lobby ground floor wall (lift area) will replace with brand new wall tiles. (budget expenses, don't expert will get Mable tile or any expensive tiles )

Verified since previous owner

Now still left 310 units to verify for the first batch to apply strata title. Minimum needed 810 units, currently is 500 units was verified.

Rainz developer not yet get their permit. They have sent somebody to observe the cost block by block for the repaint since last few weeks.
JMB also feel embarrassed to contact them regarding the repaint status because they still not get the permit.

Currently management spend by our own fund abt 1 million to repaint the CL, L1, G floor & upgrading the Ground floor lift lobby at the moment 1st.

Sorry! I make amendment on my previous quote. 1 million+ is the cash flow right now, doesn't mean the painting will use all the fund. The 1 million is using on every repairing cost, repaint, upgrade & etc.

As I heard repaint whole Bukit OUG condo will cost abt 2-4 million. That's why if wanna using our fund to repaint whole condo, management estimated maybe need to wait more 2 years just have enough fund if without any sponsor.

That fellow I don't think so he's the one to concern about it, I think he is just come to "buat kacau" without did any homework. Just ask him to go back to the previous old post and read all and see how many works been done by the 2nd JMB management in Bukit OUG Condo.

Hopefully the future of Bukit OUG Condo will step by step to going become my dream condo...

Last few months ago I'm called my mom: "I did a proposal regarding to the upgrading condo image & some suggestions to the condo management without requested for pay." My mom asking me: "Are you stupid?" I'm told her: "I'm not! What am I doing today maybe would let my friends think of me like stupid, but after that they would praise me so smart in the future & the residents will say a "thanks" to me when their property value getting higher & higher. Chinese say: "助人又利己" Why not? These is priceless to me... =)

I'm just know when the time u given suggestion to whoever is, they accept or not is doesn't matter to me. But once they accepted those suggestions, it will totally change our future lifestyle. If u think u are right, just be yourself! Don't care what they said on me, because they doesn't know how much efforts been spent by me for the future planning...

Internal ground floor will paint soon instead of just paint external wall. Estimated will done before CNY (But I think maybe will delay since now already month end of December)

Ya....recently more active at Bukit OUG Condo (chinese version punya forum )

Still no good news from RAINZ in the meeting. Explaining the strata title issue to those owners which never attend the meeting before. In the meeting, JMB just promised paint the external wall of CL, L1 & G only & said not going to paint internal parking area. Then get once of the aunty non-stop bla bla bla... "Why no paint inside?! Should be paint inside too! You know I staying at Bukit OUG Condo 13 years ald, every year I also felt shy to welcome my relatives & friends to my house. I prefer to paint inside rather than external wall"

"Aunty, paint external will let the value up. Inside cannot..." explained by JMB member. Aunty: "I don't care!"


A week after the meeting. Adrian called me to inform me regarding the CL & L lift area also will upgrade to tiles wall. Then he said internal ground floor will paint too because of the aunty keep calling to Charles bla bla bla abt this. Charles also beh tahan liao....haha. That's y the final decision will paint internal ground floor too.

Bukit OUG Condo value up are because of the high demand of the buyers. Just take a look the photo at above.
These are not the all but just some of the "Property Wanted" flyer selected by me only.
I has been received these flyer in my unit letter box every month until I felt "sien" ady...
That's why! Who's care about the upcoming condo? I mean Bukit OUG Condo owners.
We are difference type of condo. U think every one rich as able to rent at upcoming condo?


The next reason is the LRT Station to make value going up faster than our expectation.

Even DBKL summon I also could fight until they cancelled the summon on me (of course I been prepared a lot of prove once I'm ready to shoot them)
