My friend also wanted to purchase a similar unit from an owner who got the unit via credit note. Now Ler Lum is threatening to take over the property. My friend's lawyer said can actually go to court and sue Ler Lum. If we are persistent enough with all legal documentation in order, Ler Lum might back off.

In my friend's case, the S&P between seller and Sri Keladi involving the use of credit notes was way back in 2000. So it shouldn't be affected by the winding up period between 2005-2006.

Latest update from my site visit today:
Seems every block have been repainted at least near the mailboxes level. Saw the machinery for repainting Block 12 being put in place just now. I will also be scanning and upload the latest Direct Link to Residents dated April 8, 2013 and the letter of extension for verification period by the Liquidator later.
