Keith dai lou, my friend's transaction now in jeopardy as PBB procedure insist on doing a caveat wor. Any ideas?I don't not have this problem before sold one of my 1222sf in April and last month I received the full amount. Which bank you got the loan from? Stick to PBB u'll be safe, trust me : )) |

QUOTE(twinkystar @ May 30 2013, 02:04 PM) But buying house is different, that is investment. But this car park balloting is different - it is suppose to be an additional facility for those who really need the parking and are willing to pay a nominal fee for it, at the same time generate some extra revenue for the management body. But some greedy and selfish people are taking advantage of it to make money and deprive those who really need the facility. Imagine a housewife who can't afford to pay rm1000 having to park outside, then risk her life/her children's life while walking to the car to drive them to school when the sky is still dark early in the morning every day. If application is from everyone who need it, then it is fair balloting, but this...... Hmmmm.... Human...... Well, one way to discourage this is for management to put up notification that if they are caught subletting their balloted lots to someone else for a higher price, , charge a fine to the person/unit 'selling' the balloted lots, and disqualify that person/unit # from future ballots. Of course the onus is on the willing buyer to report the 'seller'.This post has been edited by yeeck: May 30 2013, 02:37 PM |

QUOTE(ruben7389 @ May 31 2013, 12:33 AM) damn.... 12.30 am and this silly tenant 2 floors below me is opening the side window and having a loud phone conversation on (believe it or not) on speakerphone Foreigner or local? How inconsiderate? Same tenant on Sunday did it (although in the evening) but the phone call was like 2 hours and they shout into the phone... called the guard and they stopped... now start again damn it... damn pissed off ! what is the management team going to do about this? There is no screening of tenants coming in so the quality is so poor better finish the painting, increase the value of the units here and increase the rentals so they have to go to OG heights damn irritating! |

QUOTE(ruben7389 @ May 31 2013, 09:08 AM) Locals here are pretty good if you ask me.... I would really love this place if 90% were locals... it's the foreigners market spoiling it Not all foreigners are bad, all landlords and agents just need to be more selective. Can't really blame those people who are desperate to rent out their units though. |

I walked around the commercial level area today...really looks like a slum. Hope something can be done about that floor too.

QUOTE(burn22 @ Jun 2 2013, 03:41 PM) probably on block 13a, 2, 3 and 4? Can't remember which blocks but I saw several places where there are leaking pipes, vandalised walls with graffiti, broken/missing ceiling boards. I also wonder what some of the shops are doing...no proper signages, glass doors and walls all covered to prevent people outside from knowing what's happening inside...lol, as if they are doing some shady business.some are in a mess! should have added flower pots all around. atleast it will liven up a little! Oh ya, I went to check out the clubhouse too. I didn't know we had 4 squash courts! But all are in bad condition. The toilets and changing rooms at the clubhouse are smelly too. What about the sauna? I doubt it is in working condition too. This post has been edited by yeeck: Jun 2 2013, 11:19 PM |

QUOTE(puchongite @ Jun 3 2013, 05:37 PM) Isn't going to make the whole house poisonous ? What if there are kids in the house ? We can't guarantee they won't go and touch here touch there. Get those termite baiting system boxes. It's cheap and it works. Won't kill the termites instantly but the worker termites will bring the poison back to the queen in the colony and kill the entire colony instead. |
