At first some friends against me from buying but after serious consideration i decided that this is the place where offer me affordability and near to city. Now i making good return already, even some friends start looking at this area.

Will it not cause a massive jam at jln 1/155b (before exit to kesas highway) bcos it will be a 4 way intersection instead of current 2 way ?

I went there 2 times n take a look.. the place is good enough for me.. just nowadays no owner want to sell it de... hard to fine good unit.. so i m still looking for a house to buy..

now 1222sf going to 170K? r u sure?

Yes, very deep inside. There is only 1 way in and 1 way out if I am not mistaken. I find the location very inconvenient.

I m checking the B oug last week.. cause of the auction unit that i intend to buy.. i do a property search at the land office.. the ppl tell me that no far from Bukit OUG (5 - 10 mins walk distance), the land (existing is indian ppl staying) will be convert to ''tempat pembakaran hayat''... any idea how true is that??? should buy or shouldnt buy?
