Not necessary to give back to your old SPA lawyer.

If your case is before liquidator took over, it will be long process. Kindly contact bessie Loo & associates they are very experience.

Kindly collect your strata title guidelines from the management office.

If u do it before end of july, You have to pay 1% verification fees to the liquidator to verify all your docs. Then only you may continue to the next process of strata title application.

For those who already went thru the verification process will be much easier.

I am going to the liquidator office tomolo to find out the next step

I am not too sure You may contact her directly because my units are newly bought early last year and the vendor already paid the verification fees.

Things like S&P and loan agreement no discounts smile.gif

But i dont mind about the discounts most important she is efficient!
