1 still in process, last time the owner keep calling me want to cancel the deal with pay me double of my downpayment, i still in consider whether to accept the deal or not biggrin.gif .

Yalor....i saw ur post before.....really surprise on the uptrend price....almost 10k/mth.

I still remember that one forumer said that B.OUG this one no good that one very bad and low class condo and etc...there is impossible to fetch at 200psf.....now c....already proof ....

I think 1222sf 350k still take some time, because currently economic unstable will affect property market too.

Actually, who bought from 2006 - early of 2010 is <100psf, now all selling price is above 200psf....should enjoy 100% profit drool.gif

I expected ZR will hit 520~550psf while completed and B.OUG will around 400psf.

OMG....You should walk up to 2nd flr, see from there. And didnt even use the most powerful tool that you have 'Mouth' ask the workers there!

Wonder how can people still ask in the forum where is the LRT! There is even a Notice Board next to the road saying that 'Project LRT Extension'

I still encounter people asking me this question 'Cheh LRT you say only'... But normally kena Tembak 9 9 from me! Construction already started you cannot see nevermind, but 'ASK AROUND' biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

yest went to collect rental seen the new wall tiles at the Grd flr list lobby at blk-2, not too bad... but the management should install more light, ON or put more lights at the facilities area eg.swimming pool, fish pool, garden side. is just too dark looking down from de balcony everytime when i visit.

Yehh is actually 775sf... I've one in Blk-7 confirmed only 775sf in this block, not sure about block-8 but you could be right since u've friend there. Those finding is based on my research last year.

1222sf only in Blk 3,3A,13,13A all same layout. You can see my photos in iprop

None of the 1222sf able to see the fish pond.. Only blk 6,7,8,9,10,11... and maybe block 5 & 12 too, cant see it from unit from blk-3A

    Look at all the new development surrounding....all above 400psf.....from here u can foresee b.oug still have room to growth to catch up the gap within all new dev.

    Expected in 2014/2015.....LRT and all new developments will completed at the same time and the psf from current will be jump to 550 and above (if not major correction in 2012/2013 year  tongue.gif ) , so the b.oug price will be follow....haha...(jz syok sendiri)

    Current rent price for studio RM800, 1222 - RM1200, 1465 - RM1500 , ROI 4-5% still better put to FD...haha

3. It is freehold, but not get the strata title yet. Now in the process all verification for ownership, expected will get the strata title in 2012....(syok sendiri again)

4. There is a lot of upgrading work carry in b.oug now, if got time try visit it....u will feel different if compare last 2 year. If got heart to buy, faster book one....dun let the ayam lari lor.... biggrin.gif
