I think better don't...Once we make gov unhappy, later gov tell DBKL approve all developments before get any safety report

Ya ,you are right. Ikram is independent Geotechnical consultants commissioned by all local authorities in Selangor and DBKLto carry out independent study on all hillslope developments. They only report directly to the authorities on their findings especially on the safety and slope stability. they will recommend safety measures to be taken during construction if the project is deemed to be safe for development and the authorities will apporve the project.
In the current case I believe all the steps and procedures must have been carried out before  DBKL approved the project .  From the reporting ,the Developer also has taken initiative to discuss with Bukit OUG committe . Based on the above the developer's claim not able to forward the report could be true as IKRAM only report to DBKL.
I think it can be clarified easily with the right department or person in DBKL!

I saw Keith tailuo wan to sell his one at 260k......maybe u can ask him...how many ppl call him to buy his unit..

Wow....so high oledi....no wonder my friend one 775 wan to rent at RM900 wt fully furnished.

I think reasonable price should be around 1k ~ 1.3k wah....
