Just to clarify for both Zaptor and Power Booster.
Ceramic capacitors is also consider a single capacitors. Maybe inside Zaptor got 3 ceramic type? (small size)

oops, jux find out the do have some ceramic capacitor, bt the capacitant for the cceramic capacitor is very very small rite? 10pF to 1uF maybe??

Depend on what you want for VS.

Low uf ceramic used for high freq response
High uf Electrolytic used for low freq response

zaptor has normal version (2002-2004), water resistance(2005-2006) and waterproof edition(Latest).

zaptor has silver n gold edition.photo above is Silver edition, 4 caps

photo shown above is not waterproof edition..tat should be 2006 edition or earlier batch....no longer in production.

mid of 2007 until now is selling waterproof edition in the market

Based on the picture,

The Zaptor Gold version vs Power Booster. Zaptor Gold Version has bigger capacitor. Just compare the size of the capacitor. Zaptor one's is taller and look albeit bigger.

I really hope Zaptor Gold Edition QC better than Power Booster or Silver Edition.

At this point, Zaptor Silver Edition QC doesn't really better than Power Booster.

When I say water proof, you people say not water proof and will burn and blah blah... Then I ask supplier, they say if really water go in and the unit fail, bring back and warranty lah. They will change new one for you.

Now, when i say got warranty if water go in, then this jimmylim85 will start to accuse or make assumption that water will go in and not water proof but the fact is, its water proof , be it eternally (case sealed) or internally (circuit board sealed) based water proof as they imposed it. But he can say his headset is EXTREME cheap but there are shop selling cheaper .... so meaning he is lying? Or simply becoz his price consider cheap but just not extreme enough?

If you are just point out what others can see ,thats just plain stupid, please save the trouble of wasting the bandwidth and pulling my thread so long that nobody bother to read your post.

IceCube, I am not siding anyone here. But as a seller, at a very least try don't attack someone (potential buyer) that don't have any knowledge on Voltage Stabilizer or capacitors.

You should try to explain that there is not much difference between big and small electrolytic capacitors. Not simply "shoot" him. Many potential buyer think twice after saw such post from seller. Usually buyer will prefer someone knowledgeable on his product rather than spend his time "shoot" other person.

P/S : I am not saying Zaptor seller got such knowledge as well. They attacking on water proof evidence. I am really eager to see which capacitor that they install inside Zaptor. Hopefully not the low end type (easily get at Jalan Pasar)
