AMK reputation is quite double-face atm.

I have friends working with AMK in one of my earlier projects. They paid a heavy price when they tried to go back to their home country due to AMK did not even apply their job visa properly. They had to pay close to RM 16,000 of taxes @ immigration which AMK failed to apply their visa and another RM 5,000 to get their passport back. (They are from India).

But AMK is very good buddy with HP Support Center in Cyberjaya. They supply almost 75% of the Indian workforce for HP.

For me, I pretty much don't like AMK because the way they managed the interview and so on.. They are not discreet and didn't bother about you. They call your current boss and tell them everything including your interviews. This happened to me several years back. Regretted of putting my cv to them.

also famous for withholding employee salary when they left.. my ex colleague still haven't got his salary yet.. they said its for withholding tax.. but.. sudah 1 yr ago liao ler..

I lol-ed at the female part. 'Handsome pay' could be correct, however handsome should be use on the physique as well..
LOL chezzball !! tongue.gif
i guess the rest are history from that FMCG company. So any thoughts of going back ABAP since u're on BW now?
Ditto. Get certified and apply job. OR apply for a company which offers training for non-SAP experience peeps.
I guess it's pretty much one way or another.

actually there are companies that hire fresh grad.... and DON'T give them training. they throw them into the sea and expect them to learn SAP by themselves. Sometime under the guidance of a senior, you do crappy stuff like documentation. The process of learning will be quite 'torturing' esp when you're thrown into project during ur first week there without any SAP knowledge. Imagine when the user is scolding you and demand things from you and the senior just sit there dowan help u.

would it be possible for someone with a few years of non-SAP ERP experience in Logistics field gets into the SAP line, preferably in SD/MM module? will he need at the level with fresh SAP starters aka lower pay level?
*
yes you are right. my ex colleague he was from shell earning rm6k + allowances doing project management(he said most of the time above 10k). he took a paycut to join SAP (same batch with me) and OUR pay is only rm2.2k wink.gif

all the best loh wink.gif u better go 'kilat' the senior's shoe nice nice.. coz when u enter sap, it's like eating a piece of their pie liao.. they got no reason to teach u abt sap at all..but will instead 'throw u into the deep sea' and hope u will give up and leave sap. So, must make them like u first, then only they accept u as "brother" and teach u stuff.
