QUOTE(Xonius @ Dec 16 2007, 01:48 AM) hey guys, just wondering, what weapon do u love or use the most? so far, i'm enjoying the LMG (forgot its name, the last LMG unlock) i absolutely dislike its original sight, but using the red dot sight would mean losing accuracy from the grip, also when i have the chance i would pick up some other guns as well, P90 is really nice too. anyway what is your opinion on the most balanced gun? i haven't reach the highest level yet though. My favourite is still the M14, but you gotta be selective about which maps you use it on. Plus you have to be smart about how you move, always stay close to teammates, and watch for open flanks.

QUOTE(foogray @ Dec 17 2007, 11:07 AM) Am I the only one who has serious trouble telling the ghillie suits from each team apart? They seriously all look like greenish brown blobs to me. I can't count the number of times I've been killed during that first moment of "is he or isn't he" uncertainty when one of them pops up. Now I always shoot first whenever I see somebody wearing one, but that wastes ammo and gives away my position. How do you guys do it? You have to keep a good idea of where your teammates are in relation to you. If you're on point, and you have your flanks covered, then whoever pops up in front of you is an enemy. If an enemy pops up in the middle of your team's lines, well he got the drop on you and you deserve to die. After all he patiently waited for you and your teammates to just about walk over him. Added on December 17, 2007, 12:38 pmQUOTE(foogray @ Dec 17 2007, 11:24 AM) That's what I do too. But looking up and looking down again takes me away from the action for an instant, and sometimes it's enough for the guy to pop me first. I dunno, I wish there were an easier way to identify them. Situational awareness is key. The m14 is a b**** to use but last night I managed to get 14-0 KDR. I achieved that by making sure both my flanks were always covered and I was slightly behind the frontline. This post has been edited by bryan: Dec 17 2007, 12:38 PM

QUOTE(foogray @ Dec 17 2007, 02:46 PM) I can't wait to unlock the M14. I love my G3+Red Dot so much. <3 I got a hilarious kill using it yesterday. It was in Countdown playing Sabotage mode and the enemy bomb carrier was camping in one of the ware houses situated on the sides of the map. I guess he forgot that when you carry the bomb a bright red KILL arrow follows you wherever you go. Following simple on screen directions = one shot kill through the wall. What nick do you use?

QUOTE(songhan89 @ Dec 18 2007, 04:58 AM) How does scrimmage work in COD? No one scrims yet, they were talking about arranging some on the UO server. Upcoming, I'd say.

Dude, you share the apartment too man. They can't win everything. Make them give you at least two hours a night. Cause look at it this way, they both get the WHOLE night while they sleep. Whether sleeping or not, it's still your line too!

Same IP as the others, different port number. Happy fragging.
I would advise not patching till Fragnetics have updated their servers.

I think my kill streak is 30, but am not sure. So who's interested in making a semi-serious clan? Or someone has an existing one that can recruit me? I quite like the clan name The Omega Option [TOO]

There are no clan-only functions. My thinking it'd be nice to get some proper matches going against some of the clans. That's the best way to enjoy the game, with a proper team instead of some random people. Unfortunately even though we get on the same team at the moment, there's no real coordination between us.

QUOTE(SpikeTwo @ Dec 24 2007, 01:03 PM) random guy become some sort of server. means if 4 of us, one of us will become server either automatically or user select. Mmm sounds like teamspeak is still the better option than.
