Hey guys I been thinking, we should try and get more teamwork going among us. Like we can cover each other when going around maps - overwatch - and when we're bunkering down in a building we can have each person cover an exit. Customize weapon loadouts so one person can have a long gun and one person can have a CQB weapon.

Anyone have access to have TS/Vent server?

just some of my opinions bout cod4 multiplayer teamwork,
i'm quite disappointed at the multiplayer because it has no teamwork at all..

just feel like playing quake3 or unreal tournament with m16 or ak47..everyone in the game just trying to get the most frags..they wont care bout covering u,or laying suppressive fire to help u get out of danger .. and the gameplay is just too fast..everywhere is just like a part of CQB..

besides, u are just randomly spawn around ur teammate(stranger)..meeting up with ur friends ingame is painful.. and if u are unlucky, u will spawn in the middle of crossfire or beside grenade..
i hope they have something like bf2 squad.. not spawning around stranger which u cant coordinate the attack..have larger map so that slower gameplay is possible.. add some spread to the bullet when using sight to make it more challenging n rewarding to shoot n kill ur enemies..

i rather to use Ventrilo because i got an issue with TeamSpeak... damn, whenever i tried to speak, the game will lag, no matter i alter some setting here and there, unlike Ventrilo... it's smoother

TeamSpeak or Ventrilo i fine with me. Never used Xfire's built-in before. Anyway... my copy's delayed again.

i think you're the first i've heard whos game lags with teamspeak.
you also got a decent enough soundcard, so no reason why it should, unless theres a teamspeak setting which wasnt done properly.

, i don't know why's that happen, actually happened on BF2 with other MBTs, the gameplay ok until i hit hot key for voice transmit and the gameplay will lag , nevermind... i'll try use TS, see if anything fix

I've never seen a free Vent server, probably because Vent requires you pay to host a server, and IIRC TS doesn't.

My personal preference is for Vent, as it has a much better UI, and voice seems to be clearer. But beggars can't be choosers.
