Hey guys for 4v4's ,5v5's etc etc.... what is the *common * mode(S&D, sabo , TD). Cause my clan and I just started playing friendly matches with people in my area (so fun playing matches !!!) and we normally play S&D. But just wondering what is like the *common* mode cause we are thinking of joining some local tourneys . viva la freeeks!

Mostly SnD. Sabotage or other I never heard of.

Yeah, mostly SND. Getting a rather bored of SND to be honest. Too reminiscent of Counter-strike.

I prefer Domination myself, followed by Sabotage and HQ.

I usually go for "rushing" one.

If you like to rush, use an SMG. Experiment with what's most comfortable for you.

Yup Domination's cool. I find that SnD inevitably ends up with one side camping at the bombsite while the other tries to flush them out. Repeat it for 10-20 cycles and it becomes a yawnfest.

Yes, that's why I was disappointed when No Fear told me competitive scrims were gonna be SND. I hope locally we veer away from it. I see no real reason to stick to the CS format.

another thing about competitive scrims is that it mostly uses default classes only.with so many choices of weapons available its kind of a waste.maybe some weapons or some perks like 3 frag nades should be banned but we should have more choices i think.

I guess it's cause there are a lot of perks and that competitive scene for COD4 is still in it's infancy. Hopefully as time goes by it'll develop into something more interesting.

I'm hoping to get some random scrims going, i.e we get some people from the public servers to hop onto our server and we have a nice war amongst ourselves, 5 v 5, or maybe 7 v 7? I like the small numbers, so things stay more tactical and less swarming around like idiots.

I'm used to the ZERGRUSHKEKEKEKEKEKE so the numbers don't daunt me. But I'm kind of annoyed at playing S&D. Not that i can say anything, i haven't played in two weeks.
