I went to Jaya One last time. One of the mall that implement pet friendly policy.

No need to put dog in carrier or stroller.

Some owner simply put their dog on chair where people sit down.

Their dog shit in public area. Owner only clean up using tissue.

I felt disgusting watching it. I can't imagine how dirty the floor. Waiting for cleaner to clean the area will take time since many places tends to cut cost when it comes to housekeeping

Service dog is different story those are properly train, they don't pee/poo suka2 until specific area/handlers approve , they also don't eat anything given from any random people

Is like some owner with German shepherd/rottweiler without training got wat7use when the dog is protect you but go attack random roadsider if you recall there is news the owner hang the German shepherd on main gate just to tell the world the dog is already dead because attacked some innocent people , this scene can be avoided if owner not brainless.

malls r private property even if they'r open to the public so it's up to the mall operator whether to allow UNLESS the bisnes licensing rules specifically states otherwise

apples and oranges. muslim only dobi and shariah dress code places are positive discrimination and actual segregation as it bans/excludes nons and imposes on others their beliefs. this one does not ban, and is the same level as non halal restaurants where everyone is free and some do come patronize despite the lack of halal logo.

FYI, this is not the first pet friendly mall, got a few others in PJ, and long ago 20 years ago Ikano center (IKEA) mall opposite the curve was also pet friendly.
