same story je if u replaced with bodoh parents let their kids make noise, runs around, throw food/rubbish on the ground.

pet friendly mall also just few, or usually ground floor/rooftop is pet friendly floor.
also needs to be on leash, or some is stroller only.
but seriously, got so many malls in klang valley, if dont like see pets or pet parents, just choose to go other malls la.
it's like going to a vegan restaurant & complaint they dont hav meat option to cater regular diet.

i like to bring my dog to parks, outdoor, so he can sniff, & run around when no 1 around.
nowadays also almost weekly got pet friendly pop up bazaar.

but hav a gang of pet owners friends, puak air con. no air con will die 1.
sometimes go out with them, they die die must choose air con place.
ironically, their dogs are types that doesn't like to go outdoor, very inactive type.

these kind of new pet friendly places, i will also bring my dog during opening (ie; hextar world last week).
let me dog see & experience different thing.
unlike them, my dog is really active, curious type. brought him to hextar world last week, his eyes literally sparks with joy & excitement, like a kid in disneyland for the first time.
but if u ask me, will i bring my dog there again? probably no if by choice. unless dog friends ajak or if i'm really in the area.
