Service dog is different story those are properly train, they don't pee/poo suka2 until specific area/handlers approve , they also don't eat anything given from any random people

Is like some owner with German shepherd/rottweiler without training got wat7use when the dog is protect you but go attack random roadsider if you recall there is news the owner hang the German shepherd on main gate just to tell the world the dog is already dead because attacked some innocent people , this scene can be avoided if owner not brainless.

Mall pet friendly also no benefits for oku like blind/color blind ppl go jalan2 , i wish to see a government provided shutters bus service dog friendly provide those who really need service dog to lead their owners to destination like hospital the specific area where service dog can stay there until owner done checkup and come back to collect their service dog , but also the service dog need related field officer to standby as you know human really like to go kacau/touch/provoke etc

Guide dog/service dog are allowed in public area with leach and muzzle that the condition then as the Malaysia weather mostly is sun raise hot like hell yet dog with muzzle all the time and their tongue needs for release sweat and using mouth for more breath so the requirements is not a proper condition for guide dog , if including access barrier like taxi, lrt, bus, mall etc
