I have one private land but always being entered by outsiders for fishing especially during and after raining session.

The entrance and surrounding have notice /warning board but they ignored them.

How to handle them in the legal way? Any suggestions?

2) throw in stuff like wooden logs and nylon nettings inside the pond that gets their fishing hook entangled
3) plant thorny plants all along the pond or known path where they usually tresspass
4) Install cctv, report to authorities

idea #3 thorny plants - what type of plant and got example? split the seeds into the pond and let them grow to cover the whole pond?

Can plant those thorny bougainvilla at the side of the pond to cucuk those tresspassers. Or u can buy a truckload of water hyacinth and throw it in the pond. Those floating plants will get their fishing lines entangled

What a weird take, these people are trespassers. Would you like people walking into your house, sitting around and smoking away if they just there temporarily?

If he doesn't put a stop to it, there will be alot more people will be walking in and out of his property and things could get ugly. He's already mentioned that he doesn't want to deal with the rubbish these people leave behind.

Go ahead and build fencing around your land, u can do it if your pocket is loaded with cash, even IOI, KLK, Felda didn't do fencing surrounding their oil palm estate.

The only time i see electric fencing around the land after replanting to deter cow eating the oil palm minor tree.
