actually my job deal with this situation A LOT.

What client want, something which is free and effective and best if minimum amount of effort needed.

Reality is u need to jump with both feet or u dont jump at all.

Either u go all in, or u do nothing. Everything in between is just a waste of time.

metal fence and barb wire is the only way to go but it requires the huge initial cost. It's 10-20k and settle it for good, or u spend 5k then realize it's not good and u back to square 1.
