Always farm fresh for me. But I only warm the milk as my preference for coffee is flat white. UHT or other milk with preservatives changes the taste too much.

If you want more coffee taste. I avoid those low fat, high calcium, UHT etc. Taste funny on the coffee. PrinceJoe liked this post
