Below is my previous milk 🥛 list

1. fernleaf full cream powder - mix & refrigerate
- good taste, silky & nice microfoam

2. tried an eco-shop milk (can’t remember brand name, but was sold on counter at RM2.20 for TWO 180ml packs
- taste acceptable, bad texture (for any art) but still silky & creamy

3. tried this dutch lady 200ml packs.
- taste good, but very bad texture, no silky & creamy microfoam AT ALL ! just a lot of small bubbles on the surface. how to say very thin liquid ? not getting the thick creamy steamed milk.

Is something wrong with my steaming / frothing method ?
Anyone else using this milk ?
