MSG lebih berkhasiat dalam makanan berbanding garam.

I also recently started using MSG instead of salt at home in my cooking as it has less sodium.

I don't understand why people still get scam with "MSG is bad" ?

MSG isn't universally "better" than salt, but it offers a way to reduce overall sodium intake while enhancing flavor due to its lower sodium content (about 12% vs. 40% in table salt) and its ability to boost umami.

Msg is extra, not as salt substitute. Salt is really good at bringing out the flavor of the ingredients

Those who bitch about salt likely load themselves up with carbs lol

gram for gram....MSG contains less sodium than salt. Also, glutamate is easily metabolized into water and energy by body.

Having too much sodium will cause high blood pressure as you get older.

MSG is less sodium compare to salt. If you cannot take moderate, MSG offers less sodium.

Both will cause your throat dry up and drink more water.

MSG is only 1/4 saltiness of table salt gram for gram

so to achieve same saltiness with MSG, you need to add shit load of MSG
