Usually I pray for subuh prayer @ 6am at Masjid Kota Kemuning.
You know the masjid is beside the lake / jogging track.

I can see some people already start running at early morning @ 6am.
And alot of orang tua/elderly in white shirt together in group doing brisk walk.

Really respect their dedication of taking care of health.
Me at 6am cannot la run. Still sleepy. Also muscle, hamstring , calf all still stiff. At least 7:30am baru I start running.

Really hat off to them.

6am is already late, so many vehicles on the street, if run during this time, you are poisoning your lungs.

the best time to run is 4-6am, after 6am better go and run in the park.

running in the park is very limited, only 2-3km loop compare to run on the road can do 10-20km.

if you don't take care your only home, your home will break down before it reaches it's lifespan, take care!

there's a reason these joggers and cyclist have to start 4AM
it's because no traffic and silent
and when they finish or reach their destination, it's basically the right time for b'fast

Nothing to respect. You are just lazy.

It really up to you whether you have the heart to do it or not.

If cycling usually 6am, eat some carb ( bread etc) shower, pangsai and then go out at 7am when there’s some sun. These days I no longer do 6 am rides anymore due to recent cases and dark

Running if gym 5am to 7am. If outside, usually start 7am so I can see all the dog shit and avoid them. Very leceh to clean

I pick up swimming and now do 6am swims to 7 am and then run 7 am to 8 am

If you sleep earlier, eg at around 9pm to 10 pm then you will wake up early. Do away with the bad habit of sleeping at 1 or 2 am.

I wake up 5am for chanting everyday. Does it mean it's not good for me?
I see many people 6am already in surau. They probably woke up 5am too.

if u are feeling okay , body no issue, then alright

if body suddenly send message by pain / or something not right, then better go check with doctor or full scan body health one day.

No need to conform to other people's standard. Used to start running at 7:15 in a reserve forest path. No sunlight.

But these days ayam firmly believe at a later stage in life should not add more wear and tear to your legs. I just do short runs on thread mill with freedom of time and weather conditions

Yes, because after decades of routine, everyting seen and heard before already, no need to train their biological LLM so much, just need to heal the body enough.
