If cycling usually 6am, eat some carb ( bread etc) shower, pangsai and then go out at 7am when there’s some sun. These days I no longer do 6 am rides anymore due to recent cases and dark Running if gym 5am to 7am. If outside, usually start 7am so I can see all the dog shit and avoid them. Very leceh to clean
I pick up swimming and now do 6am swims to 7 am and then run 7 am to 8 am
