update on my issue after contact support
1. they unbind my devices
2. decline previous submission and ask me to resubmit ic
3. block the camera flash and take ic picture and selfie
4. account activated after 1 min. Super smooth and tested AI working fine.
5. Requested limited edition card and virtual card

it is not stupid promo, they encourage u to use AI to transfer. It is great promotion for us to test. I have tested transfer to 5 different bank. all working fine
