Well, i know this has been asked for several times here, but I really need help on getting XBox Customer Service singapore that can be dialled from Malaysia, since obviously, I can't dial the toll free number from here. Or is there anyone who currently lives in Singapore? I wud really appreciate that if you can help me

You can call using skype... and no it is not toll free anymore.. XD
oh and either learn chinese or.. well yeah... the faggots there just went i cant hear you... i cant hear youu... and then said something in chinese... then said something to the coworkers in chinese... thens started laughing... i was pretty sure i clicked the english one... 14 times. faggot xbox singapore support... |

yeah...i too being an idiot just subscribe the XBL gol using my CC. now stuck...waiting for solution.
did anybody here try to get the bank to stop the CC from being charged ? |

The only way is call to cancel. And trust me, telekom call other country toll free line can't reach at all. Telekom, you suck.
The best way will be cancel your credit card and apply for a new 1. |

cancel your CC and report it as lost... i've just done that not long ago.. nothing to worry about except pay the RM50 for the new card

I have my fansub staff, which is a singaporean, to help me out with this.
You MUST call MS singapore to cancel your monthly subscribtion. Providing information like Gamertag, phone number, last 4 digit of CC etc. is required. check out my old post on this matter and you'll get the full list on what you should prepare before calling. Good luck |

My friend had to cancel his credit card with Maybank in order to stop it. According to MS SG, there's no way to stop the billing.
YMMV, but I choose the prepaid cards, everytime. |

Total calltime is around 25 mins, most of it wasted on keep saying "Yes i am very sure.." for hundred of times as well. Oh dont mind about the bogus address, phone number, or postal code, they wont bother at all. You guys might try this as well, good luck! Is there any consequence to that? I mean can microsoft go after the bank and in return come after me? |

Usually it will auto renew after the 1 year is up. That's their terms, and right now there's not much we can do about it except to NOT use the CC. One alternative is use your cc to buy a 12+1 month card. Technically it's the same, as compared to using it for a renewable service.
My friend has cancelled for almost 4 months now. No action from MS also. |

So, dont go blaming Microsoft because it was made very clear to people who used CC. If you didn't read the clause, then its not their fault. The only shitty part is the hassle in cancelling it.
