call up ur credit card centre and report that ur card is lost!

they will replace a new card as well as a new account number.

and xbox live wont be able to charge to ur old account.

just a suggestions.

if u guy do that, ur acc will be suspend from xbox live ~~~

if i am not mistaken it's a 14 days suspension but since we already canceling our live account that suspension means nothing

Old thread relive. I need help. I thinking about rebuying XBox. But since my cc is canceled, my gamercard is temp blocked. If I use the LIVE reload coupon, will they unblock my account?

i had to pay to unblock my gamercard... then only i tried using the reload card.

What do you mean by pay? Use cc? I canceled my cc after realizing they force auto renew every year if you use cc. Man this kinda sux.

btw, off topic. if anyone of u using cc to buy ms point does its automatically renew/reload point after u used all of it? if u use cc to buy ms point does it automatically renew ur xbl live because they got ur cc number after u bought ms point? if not i can use cc to buy ms point. ^ just call US xbox customer service to help u cancel it. u dont need to contact SG one.

I think the only way to cancel an auto renew gold subscription are only by phone.

you can't email them to help you to the cancel.

only US xbox customer service have this only.

so you have to dial the US number in order to cancel your subscription .

that means you used the reload card and you got back your blocked gamercard account?

you'll end up like me at the moment. my gamercard was totally blocked. cant do anything even though after so many months msoft trying to renew using my canceled ccard on numerous attempts and finally they email me saying my gold account was canceled. the best part was... my account still blocked didnt turn into silver.
