Those condo with commercial title - water tariffs start from RM3.15 per m³ for the first 20m³. Almost triple that of domestic tariff.

The demands still there, despite all the new launches plus price increase, developers no need to offer cash rebate or bring in guru to do bulk purchase mean they got no problem to sell.... Unlike the scene in Klang valley

I just booked a new launch unit by UOA nearby Bukit Chagar RTS station. 400m walking distance to RTS station by walkway/link bridge. Price from RM755k onwards. Any thought?
