Those condo with commercial title - water tariffs start from RM3.15 per m³ for the first 20m³. Almost triple that of domestic tariff.

Those new condos near CIQ, due to the high prices owners most likely won't be able to cover installments by rental income.
Is it still a wise move to buy if one aims for capital appreciation? I don't think so, as I am biased towards landed properties. Opinions? |
