Just to giv u an idea la..

Price for a PAIR of imitation smoked headlamp is 300
Price for a PAIR of imitation smoked angel eyed headlamp is about 500

Price for ONE PIECE of original bosch headlight already 300+

If better price means better quality. Than i guess the bosch one must be damn good. And for all intent and purposes i actually agreed. You can actually see and feel the diff in quality smile.gif You dont believe i can show u personally coz my left side is the imitation one sweat.gif
*
wah, one piece already RM300? sweat.gif

guys, remember about me saying about modding my mom's waja?

well i think i had to repair some other things first before modding it sweat.gif

lets see:
- engine vibrates, maybe becos of mounting or bush
-headlamp burnt becos of overvolt or over current
-suspension out becos bringing in some big-sized friends
-car smell like WD40 sweat.gif
-tyre bunga out
-rims abit bengkok

so before we move on to exterior, i had to do these:
-replace bush or repair the mounting
-buy new headlamp and properly ground it
-sports suspension
-car freshener
-new rims and tyres
tires changed laugh.gif

using Rays replica with 205/50/16 tyres..EP accelera..V-shaped but abit bising eh..

next step: suspensions and lamp

QUOTE(dotcom @ Dec 31 2007, 03:31 PM)
PU
- flexible material,
- heavier,
- can't be repair if knock kemek(semen back also will crack easily soon),
- expensive price
- not much design on market

Fiber
- hard material,
- lighter,
- crack/damage can be repair (good quality fiber product don't crack so easy),
- cheap price,
- wat ever design can be done

IMO full bumper is better than skirting cause the joining part will crack the paint if bump some where
*
so what do u suggest for my mom?she rarely drove more than 110km/h on hiway and around 100hm/h on old roads.

but then u can see the scratches on original bumper..so many of 'em..even when painting next February oso have to do some knockings on the body sweat.gif

PS: bro, if u like, u can use wordpress, their blog is more customizable than blogspot, u can categorize ur pictures and the themes are nice.

if ur mom drive better use back the ori 1 no need add on those bodykit, unless ur mom really like sporty n rempit style  laugh.gif  then get a full bumper is better than skirting IMO
get a better paint shop n look for a better quality clear coating n ask them to paint the clear coat thicker abit to protect the paint chip off easily. clear coating is very important to protect our car paint. icon_rolleyes.gif
*
she wants the car to be sporty.refer to my previous post, i already changed the rims and tyres for her laugh.gif

just sporty and nice, not rempit style one lar..later she complains to me why everytime she drive ppl tailgate her tongue.gif

MME bumper ok bro?

They stop produce Zenden exhaust like 2-3 years de la laugh.gif

And hotbit exhaust are famous for being easily bocor. If you wan extractor and wan one that good, then i would suggest get from Powerzone. But beware. Its not cheap. IIRC its like 400 for extractor only.
*
im aware of that.good quality products does'nt com cheap. smile.gif

QUOTE(WhitE LighteR @ Jan 1 2008, 12:08 PM)
Well.. if you got cash to spend .. MME is quite a decent looking bodykit.

Price tho will be quite stiff. Bumper ~550, Side ~250, Rear ~190, Spoiler ~190

Thats the rough guideline. I got a price quote frm someone before. Oh.. and all is without painting.
*
eh?that 1 is the ori MME from proton price right?
