PPTN loan defaulters can still get passport for travel?
Edit: They scrapped it on 2018... should just reinstate it. Should just declare them bankrupt then see if they want to pay or not. When cannot open bank account, no credit card and no passport... sure will bayar balik fast. Wonder why no implement this simple sure win solution. Maybe nak protect a certain type.....
