My job involves assembling assembly machines.

There are around 200++ pages of work instruction

Our work instructions provided by HQ are very old and not very detailed.
So during on-the-job training, we have to take a lot of photos and record the steps ourselves.

Some seniors created at least 50++ WhatsApp contacts and named each contact after a process name when they learning.

They then send photos to these contacts in their phone as part of the documentation for easy finding.

https://notebooklm.google/

Google LM notebook nice ?

So when you search some keyword of the process, you can easy to find the photo of the process.

Some senior staff created more than 50 WhatsApp contacts in their phones.

Each contact is named after a process step.

They send the related photos to each contact so that it's easier to find and refer to later.

This is what some of our seniors have been doing. Do you think it's effective?

Or does anyone have a better idea we can consider?

We don’t do the same tasks every day — it depends on the tool assembly process.

Sometimes, we only do a certain process once a month.

Buy a atlas robot
Then input the manual

Then do on job training hands on and let atlas record it from start to end

Then atlas repeat it until perfect

Then management will hand u a firing dismissal letter, and robot take over
