How u determine battery life better? Serious question

Since I use my phone extensively these days for TikTok, editing and uploading etc. Comparing to yesterday, I think the battery lasts longer today.

ios 26.01 only drain 2% overnight, but 26.1 drain 8%

I only experience 1~2% drop since launch (19.09.2025) for around 1 week

After that normally overnight 5~7% drain even battery usage shows nothing

Just now change my wallpaper, select one of preloaded standard iphone wallpaper, then found out when i swipe down the lock screen from up to down, no liquid glass effect as it should be... Check the settings > display & brightness > liquid glass, clear already been selected
Found a solution for this, go to setting > display & brightness > liquid glass, select tinted, get back to home screen then go back to liquid glass setting, select clear

Then when you swipe down the lock screen, liquid glass effect will be back to normal

maybe your phone still indexing in background after updated to ios 26.1

After update usually need 24 hours to 48 hours for indexing / calibrate 🐝

So after few days of indexes now it regulate back to normal? Is it the same as 26.0.1 or even better battery now?

It seems battery life much more better on ios26.1 compared to ios26.0.1 & ios26 for iphone 16 pro max ( after 2 days since updated to ios26.1 ) 😎🐝😉

Found new bug just now, everytime i want to type in the quick reply box below or open quoted/reply box in a new tab.. the screen will auto scroll up to the top pages.. means there is no chance for you to type in any reply here..

Same if switch to desktop/mobile view..

Havent check other websites yet..

Manage to solve it by restarting this phone just now..
