Does anyone has battery issue like overnight (during sleep), the "FIND MY" app eating a lot of phone battery? Sometime wake up can see battery drain a lot with phone idling / doing nothing (11pm ~ 6am) around 5~8% Add on at home: 1) 2 airtags 2) 1 airpods pro gen 2 3) wearing apple watch Find My app - Location set to "while using the app" and precision location turn on This post has been edited by TongCN: Oct 7 2025, 10:12 AM GamersFamilia liked this post

QUOTE(fruitie @ Oct 7 2025, 10:34 AM) So far it’s OK for me. When I first used on the 16PM yes but now I switched to 17PM, battery life seems fine but it’s a new phone so hard to say. I remember i noticed this issue also within the 3 years usage of my iPhone 14 pro until i forgot about it cause battery of 14 Pro also degrading.I have been having this issue since 15PM and I even removed my AirTag when not in use but doesn’t help. So let it be, I already live with it. I have the same stuff as yours. But first week of using 17Pro the Find My doesn't eat much until starting of 3rd week (which is 2 days ago), hmm.. Gonna try low power mode during night time and monitor again. |

It just my call screening, some spam calls still managed get thru but i just let iphone do the job, not as worst as before 😑 Can't recall whose one already. Maybe try to find back. QUOTE(decavalera @ Oct 21 2025, 12:02 PM) Cant wait for the next update.. Did you accidentally forgot you have add some "shortcuts" to do such things ?My wifi & bluetooth disconnected dayem 10x bad yesterday during travelling.. Hotspot to my kids keep disconnected.. My earphone bluetooth keep disconnected.. Never had such issue ever earlier.. really 10x bad bugs.. if only can easily reverse back to prev rev, i would have done so.. haih.. Example : Leaving own home > turn off wifi / bluetooth How to : Automatically disable Wi-Fi when leaving home, use the Shortcuts app to create a location-based automation. Open Shortcuts, go to the "Automation" tab, and create a new personal automation triggered by "Leave". Set your home as the location and then add the "Set Wi-Fi" action, configuring it to "Off" when you leave |

QUOTE(Matchy @ Nov 5 2025, 11:06 AM) just updated to ios26 yesterday... the battery drain is damn obvious for me. normally my battery is at least 85% from 7am to 11am. Now already down to 79%. Weird, almost identical to mine normallycharged and unplug 7:42AM with 85% Got use on and off middle with screen active 46m and screen idle 58m 11:35AM now sitting with 79% But normally my usage is average 2%/ hour per daily QUOTE(fruitie @ Nov 5 2025, 09:58 AM) Just saying I may change. Yea, iPhone will turn on low power mode when below 20%Anyway, is this normal that iOS 26.1 auto switches to low power mode when it drops to below 20%? I woke up to 19% battery and it’s on low power mode. OK, figured it out. It’s due to the Adaptive Power. I think it was turned on earlier when I upgraded to iOS 26 but I don’t recall such feature that will auto change to low power mode if below 20%. QUOTE(westlife @ Dec 8 2025, 10:36 AM) not very sure to be frank. Yea, only scare oversea scam call coming and kenak voicemailbecos my plan will not have excess usage charge, fixed price. so i do not worry about this part. but if u disable voicemail at telco level, i think no need to worry about this. becos some telco will charge overseas incoming calls charge if u are in overseas and someone left u a voicemail. Guess need to be alert whether plan has disable voicemail or not |
