Wow, you again. You really take all opportunity to attack me whenever possible. Take your grudge somewhere else and have a life. I not necessarily need to own a device to comment on certain things.

I do own a ip17 pro max now as I find it's more worth to upgrade to IP instead of android by top up a little. In your standard, now am I qualify to comment? Google pay? Who own Android know that, don't simply attacking someone just because you don't like their comment.

Previously I am using Xiaomi phone so does anyone that use other brand of phone cannot comment on certain brand? Everytime your comment was damn biased, grown up please. Everytimes when what I said is correct, all you do is divert the topic instead of highlight which part I said is wrong.

Most people do feel that china phone photo are tend to oversaturated and filter most often apply to make skin looks smoother. It's a major concensus. Talking to extremist like you really waste of time.

Anyway you do improve, now you no longer tagging me but moving onward can you stop mentioning my user name? Don't spend so much time on the forum, have some life unless you are hp seller that your living is affected partly by the forum 🤦

Congrats ya finally u own an iphone 17 pro max , seriously la bro , really tired want to argue with you , because it will make my standard become low , u dont own a Vivo phone , u dont know that vivo come with default vivid mode , and u dont know that if u want natural look , u can just turn from vivid mode to Zeiss Natural mode , and if u really want even more 100% fully natural , u can just simply turn to PRO mode , hai yo ...... u macam baru learn how to walk but want to teach ppl how to run already. laugh.gif really faint la bro see your comment rclxub.gif

Lol, I am the 1 that is suppose to faint. Believe it or not, I did know about x300 pro and I played around and compared it with ip17 pm in the shop. It's just a phone, don't make a big deal over it. Talk nonsense again, learn how to walk? Teach people how to walk?

Did I? 🤦. What I did all the while is just sharing information to potential buyer and it's up to them whether want to buy what. I did suggest them to try it personally and make their own decision. It's just a non biased comment. Most normal ppl won't over reacting like you.

Anyway my post was reported and shortly after you reply and tagged me. I really wonder who is the 1 reporting me 😂. Have fun playing in the forum and suite yourself 😮‍💨

he tak ada iphone , he tak ada vivo , all the experience from his comment is from "youtube" "reddit" , and he dont know some "youtuber" actually get paid to promote and bias to certain brand , he cuma guna xiaomi phone saje but acting like he known well every brand of phone , because he just only experience from "reddit" and some "i heard from somewhere" experience  laugh.gif
He dunno android ada google pay  laugh.gif  which i using on my vivo x200s Google Pay Wallet without problem  laugh.gif
actually here really just very small part of user only , try go to the facebook group , go see especially taiwan VIVO group , so freaking many iphone and samsung user starting jumpship to the vivo phone. Because taiwan have alot of concert , they buy vivo  x200pro / x300pro to go concert to get great zoom picture. If u looking at malay group in vivo facebook group , fuh u can see the amount of ppl start to jumpship from samsung/iphone , if wolf1991 say from iphone to vivo is downgrade on camera , i think that wolf1991 really need to join back secondary school to re-study  laugh.gif

U can't get such imagine quality on concert with iphone , samsung  sweat.gif each time i saw wolf1991 comment i really laugh  laugh.gif

ppl are hard to pleased.

when vivo revert the portrait mode default to natural filter in x300 series, then ppl said oppo x9 series portrait mode nicer.

in fact, just switch the portrait mode filter then x300 series can achieve same result like oppo x9 series.

those socmed reviewers just insist "i do review based on full auto default mode only", then ppl just buy the phone based on the reviews.

yeah , actually quite hard to fit everyone appetite , a group of people complain iphone taking too "REAL" look of portrait face , then vivo try set beauty mode by default for the selling point , after this , another group of ppl jump out and say its fake , now vivo change the default mode to natural look , then a group of ppl say the oppo x9 portrait nicer laugh.gif

That why i say , u kena really own and use that phone first for few day / week , only can know what the setting to get the output u want , and alot of REVIEWER , the never told u which "MODE" they using on the test , which will make alot of user confusing , if we really do own the vivo phone before , just look at the picture , we can know already what "MODE" they using to shot this photo , and if i want more saturate , or i want less saturate , i want HDR look or dont want HDR look , everything can be done by the setting.

That wolf just go to shop , take up the phone snap snap few picture and can make conclusion , then really gg.com lo laugh.gif

By the way , vivo hitting TOP sales on india market in 2025 Q3

For sure u can share your information , by right u have to own the device first , have your real experience for owning it for few week , only give people your opinion.

I'm owning iphone 16 pro max , im quite active in iphone thread with buddy there , but at least i never simply advice anything on 17 pro max phone thread , because i just dont own it and i dont know how good or bad the 4x and 8x camera compared to other brand , but base on my own EXPERIENCE that owning iphone 16 pro max and the VIVO X200s (not the PRO model) yet , the vivo x200s beat my iphone 16 pro max badly , which i believe x200pro or x300pro will even beater my iphone 16pm , i almost rarely take out my 16pm for photo shoting because it almost look dull and noise when indoor shooting. My ip16pm mostly use for video / live streaming for tiktok , because iphone optimize the live stream better which i need for my business.

U saying you do own iphone 17 pro max right , but weird that i never saw your single post on iphone thread laugh.gif , are u blowing water again that u owning iphone 17 pro max? laugh.gif

OK la dude , really don embarrassing yourself here , u dont own that device but acting like u known well , will show how stupidity are you.

Blowing water? For what. You are delusional again. Do I have to open a loudspeaker sharing what I own 🤦. Why I never share a single post on iphone thread? There is no need for that, I didn't even face any problem or bug with it, what for I post about it........

If you didn't even mentioned what device you think I own, then I won't even mentioned about it. It's just a phone, only you think so much about it. The only reason why I look at some android post and comment b4 is I am considering it or go to iphone previously. It's as simple as that.

A normal user won't 24/7 look at the forum like you...... Since I already buy a phone and don't plan to change anytime soon, I don't see a need to look at the forum as often as you. I am really speechless with you, keep your grudge and have fun. Again really no point to communicative with you. Feel free to think whatever you want, again listen to what people said and please don't tag me again

I'm 24/7 look at the forum or actively on this forum is non-of-your-business right? Did i need your permission to actively here? laugh.gif Summore i'm here to sharing my own real experience since i own the real VIVO phone here right , while you are blowing water with empty real world experience , that the biggest different. Why should i stay silently if i found something that not right , I have my right to make correction from a misleading information. U can choose to not agree to my statement but u got no right to refuse i making some correction here.

U also can choose to not quote my reply by the way , why bothering to quote my reply if u feel annoying.

By the way , the vivo group in taiwan is active since x200pro but super active after the x300pro release there.

Folks, I just realise this is an X200 Ultra thread. I wonder why there isn't any X200 Pro thread since the X200 Ultra is not officially sold in Malaysia.

Anyway, I've gone to Youtube to check out some comparisons between X200 Pro, X200 Ultra and X300 Pro. There are no samples from X300 Ultra yet where the model is my main interest.

So far, from few video comparisons on Youtube, the difference between X200 Pro and X300 Pro is inconclusive. Sometimes the images look brighter on X200 Pro and darker on X300 Pro, sometimes it's the other way round. The difference is mainly in the colours and exposure (overall darker or brighter image). The clarity and detail between the phones are almost the same with minimal difference. Even if there is a difference to me it's not significant or night and day.

From one video, the X200 Ultra seems to show slightly better clarity and detail than the X200 Pro and X300 Pro. Nevertheless, this Ultra model is not officially sold in Malaysia so I don't have any interest on this phone.

Does anybody here own or have compared the X100 Pro, X200 Pro and X300 Pro? If not, from samples taken from Youtube or the internet, do you feel there is a significant improvement in image quality with the X300 Pro? From what I see there isn't much between the phones, especially X200 Pro and X300 Pro as the images look almost the same in clarity and detail, and as mentioned earlier the differences are mainly in the colours or exposure. Even sometimes with the same phone such as my X90 Pro, if I take several photos I too can get different exposure and colours depending on the processing of the phone. In other words there may not be any need for 2 different phones to produce a different picture quality (colours or exposure) as one can accomplish that with the same phone! Just take few shots or photos of the same object and sometimes you get different results.

The X200 Pro and X300 Pro share the same 1/1.28" sensor so I am not surprised if the photos look almost the same, and differences are mostly contributed by improvements or changes to the software or other hardware. The X300 Ultra with claimed larger 1/1.12" sensor will be interesting to watch provided the phone is released in Malaysia and sold officially by Vivo Malaysia. Otherwise, it is another moot point to me.

Lastly, I noticed the X200 Pro is not listed on Shopee and Lazada already, perhaps later next year it might reappear again. The X200 is still listed for sale at ~RM3.1k. If the X300 Pro doesn't offer much upgrade from the X200 Pro, and the X300 Ultra will not be sold officially here in Malaysia, it may be a one way ticket to the X200 Pro provided it is a clear improvement to the X90 Pro that I currently own. It's disconcerting that the X200 Pro with the smaller 1/1.28" sensor offers a better image and/or video quality than the X90 Pro with the larger 1-inch type sensor if that's the case.

Is anyone able to provide a summary if you have personally compared all the phones?

Say,
X90 Pro and X100 Pro = almost same picture and video quality, X100 Pro better zoom features
X200 Pro and X300 Pro = almost same picture and video quality, noticeably better image/video quality than X90 Pro and X100 Pro

Or the differences are all relatively minor between the phones. tongue.gif

I believe the x300pro have an upgrade sensor from LYT-818 to LYT-828 for the main sensor which not like a day and night , they only twist a little bit better on HDR or so call Dynamic Range performance , which can make the photo look even better at the night shoot i believe , and for the daytime photo quality , i doubt they just acting the same because 818 and 828 just the same sizing of sensor.

And also there is slightly upgrade for the 200mp telezoom sensor too which vivo claim to be better , and it look really great especially shooting on the concert which is very challenge lightning condition.

So if u do own x200Pro , i think better just stick to the x200PRO and might wait x300 ultra or the next generation of x400/500 pro , but if u are from x80 x90 x100 , i think x300pro will be quite huge upgrading especially the zoom , battery life and the mediatek 9500 performance.

But i u talk about the camera system alone , x200 Ultra stil dope , until x300 ultra release biggrin.gif But too bad it doesnt have global unit which u wont buy a CN rom phone.

Thanks. X200 Ultra confirmed no official release in Malaysia, X300 Ultra there is still hope after rumours that Vivo might launch it globally. Nevertheless, if that doesn't happen, it would be either X200 Pro or X300 Pro depending on availability and price, as you know me. I'll only purchase if the price is close to rock bottom. biggrin.gif For the X300 Pro's price to hit rock bottom the X400/500 Pro needs to be in the market for 1 year..

yeah , i dont think u will go wrong either x200pro or the x300pro , if u stil can get a very good price for the x200pro Global , why not right biggrin.gif , save the extra money for the other thing , phone stil phone , it will degrade over the time and u stil need to change it after few year , so no point keep chasing the latest model unless u are some short of tiktok or social media celebrity who need those performance on your business.

From the information that i gather from bilibili , the main camera sensor mostly wont make too much of changing or big different , because all the main camera sensor nowadays is really good , but when it come to Macro , portrait & also zoom , then it might be different because it request some SoC calculation , AI calculation to improve the picture further.

Yes, basically I will only upgrade to a new phone if the existing phone is showing signs of damage, or certain apps can't be updated anymore due to the outdated phone. Usually it is rare for a phone to fail unless it is subject to severe torture. All my previous phones do not show signs of damage after many years of usage, and they are replaced either because the speed of the phone is too slow or certain apps on Playstore such as Air Selangor can't be updated anymore due to the outdated phone. The Huawei Mate 20X which I was using for more than 5 years have been thrown high up into the air and landed on tile floor more than 100 times by my mischievous niece, and it's still in one piece and works like normal. I only changed the phone to the X90 Pro as the latest Air Selangor 2.0 version can't be downloaded. I could have kept using the Huawei for few more years if I wanted to, but since I have bought the X90 Pro which is in storage close to 1 year, I decided to not continue keeping it any longer and waste the 1-year warranty, so I made the switch to the new phone.

Although most flagship phones have some differences between them, all of them take good quality pictures. If one doesn't compare the phones, the differences can be ignored. Even some cheap phones below RM2k are capable of decent quality photos nowadays, and only challenging conditions in low light, the flagship phones >RM4k pull away. In day light the photos all look almost the same if one doesn't compare side-by-side. So in this sense, I can agree that there may not be much between the X200 pro and X300 Pro.

Looking at the form of the phone in the photos, the X300 Pro looks more solid as the shape is slightly more rectangular while the X200 Pro more rounded at the edges. Anyway it's still a long way for me before I am required to upgrade my X90 Pro I guess. I hate to waste something that still works and will usually hang onto a phone which still works. As for resale value of phones, similarly I don't pay any attention to it as all the old phones will usually be given away to the small kids or thrown away when they are replaced by a new phone.

True , most of the time u only see the different if u really pixel to pixel / edge to edge comparison , and i believe vivo with sony/samsung sensor factory have to keep on improving the sensor technology , because the sensor ability already reach the ceiling , to break the ceiling even just half inch up more might request a super duper challenge for them, what we might see x200pro to x300pro look like not "TOO BIG" of improvement , but hey , it's like a F1 car that just looking for maybe 0.1 second faster lap than before might need spend million & month of R&D time , just to get the 0.1 improvement.

So if u ask me there is different? Yes , but in some extreme condition such as low light , challenging light , zoom , because this is where the weakness from a phone sensor vs DSLR Full Frame sensor , but for a normal consumer , like u say , even a RM2k phone main camera is doing no different especially on the daylight. I dont think one will really disappointed with any vivo X series phone photo quality. I mean , u will smile and wish to taking more photo with vivo X series biggrin.gif

yeah cant deny Apple product actually do hold better resale value than android ,  but like i mention , phone is not expensive stuff like 100k-200k , resale value wont be my first priority. Android phone often to give very nice discount price , i rarely buy it at retail and most of the time i'll be waiting for the first few discount wave only grab it (because we already know how the android world work) , and most of the android phone priced at 2k-4k , so how much u will be losing actually right  laugh.gif , if u using the phone for about 2-3 year it totally make not much different.

Iphone actually only 256gb variation really hold nice resale price , try look at the 512gb and 1tb , u losing quite alot too actually.
Like i mention again , i wont forcing myself to buy Toyota Altis such a boring car just because it have better resale value , it's a beast & super tahan car and really good resale value for sure , but when come to gadget , most of us buying it because of it feature and we enjoying the new technology like bigger battery , fast charging , good camera system , good performance for gaming , more open source & open eco-system, dual app , privacy space & etc.

Maybe just me la , i feel buying a phone and care about re-sale value....make no sense  sweat.gif
But since u are from EM right , Apple support might be better than other android flagship store , so u need to get apple product to get the support which is make more sense , i do agree that u need to get something easier to access to support. Macam choosing telco , really depend on your location , bukan maxix or celcom or digi better , but is which telco actually have the most coverage in your area.

Noted on pov, btw I do notice most of fren using Apple like that one. Some got foc sbb telco keep tukar their device foc (mostly flagship) every 2-3y,

While yg use android, hardly change device one like myself. brows.gif btw just got feedback from our tech, Honor, Oppo and Vivo getting better in EM. Got few staff, manage to get their x series to change the screen few times foc due to line. notworthy.gif

Here in EM, 3 telco mostly ok, C, M and D.
