Firmware rollout, especially large one or massive update, are rolled out in staged fashion.
this one is to prevent if the firmware is faulty, only small percentage of user affected, not all of them

What photo modes do you guys always use? I usually use portrait mode. I rarely use the normal photo mode but it's good for building pics.

And for group pictures (like a group of 15 people), which photo mode works best?

This phone is only for 100x zoom and nothing else.

Nop , the portrait mode is way better and i would say at least at the moment , it was the best on this planet. It cover from 24mm 35mm 50mm 85mm 100mm (can u imagine that u having 5 prime lens on your pocket?)

If u only understand 100x zoom, definitely mean that u dont understand photography at all.

The low light photo & the macro photo is mile ahead compared to my ip16pm, when come to lowlight zoom or indoor shooting , the ip16pm totally cant match the vivo , i dont own ultra but i do own the little brother x200s yet it already enough to beat the competitors.

Pix are subjective. One person can say good but the other will say otherwise. There's nothing extra on all phones output nowadays. Pixels was champ in low light but not anymore. There's not many innovation that phones can bring into pix output.

Only 100x zoom is the future selling points... all other modes are "pointless"...

In the meantime,

Use YouTube to talk rather than using your own real world experience lol , if u look hundred of different youtube comparison on youtube u will have hundred of different answer , all i can say is , youtube is just a reference, experience yourself in real life is totally different.

I do own s22plus , iphone 16pm , and vivo x200s , and not gonna lie , they dont match the quality of vivo portrait mode at all , the bokeh of vivo just spot on.


And what i like about vivo is , they give user choice , u can either shooting on VIVID MODE (like they auto adding saturation and contract after shoot that save your time for post-processing) , or u can choose to shoot on zeiss Natural for Real Eyes condition , turning off HDR can event make your photo look as much natural as your eyes picture.

Forgot to mention, they also added the flexibility to their x200 series it called "Effect adjustment" , u can increase or decrease the "brightness , contrast , saturation , sharpness" for your own taste. That is totally insane.

Use post-processing.

If u dont want the post-processing effect , u can change the shooting mode from VIVID to Zeiss Natural and dont forgot to turn off HDR , it wont even touch your original photo effect , u can also shooting on PRO Mode , what u see on your phone screen it will just appear what as it.




I know alot of user having this kind of problem where after they took the picture, when view back the picture, it will loading a while and change the pic to like more saturated and different from what u saw on the phone screen , that is what happen when u used vivid mode + HDR , the phone will automatic calculate the best after processing image for you , if u dont like it just simply turn it off , that simple.

I just feel that vivo X series is the most flexibility to photography lover. From natural output to anything , u name it , it just can produce. If u are not into photography, for sure u wont understand what im talking about lol.

Professional photographer always use post-processing in the end.

But u have to understand not everyone are professional and understand about "photography" , like the iphone advertisment that show how powerful their iphone sensor can be use for taken F1 movie , using iphone to shooting their "Behind the scenes: An Apple Event shot on iPhone" if u looking at youtube video.

In fact , that involved alot of professional gear , counting Million dollar my friend , and needed to shooting on ProRes Apple Log and heavily post-processing to get the result. Do u think if today i holding my iphone like a normal consumer , and i dont ever know what is ProRes Log editing just shooting the stupid video by default , am i able to get same video quality as what apple advertising?

At least, vivo just can make a consumer snap picture look like a professional by using their default setting. U dont need to be professional when using their device , it can cover up and more user friendly for a newbie who just start loving to snap picture , but if u know how to utilize their setting , then u definitely can produce more professional output as u can.

U dont even own a unit and u claim "it just a 100x thing , nothing else" , that already show what ur level and your knowledge about photography.

Amateurs photography use built-in modes... professional uses post-processing tools...

So... what the point of your previous post by "This phone is only for 100x zoom and nothing else."


Which phone have the best Portrait mode in the world currently?
Which phone have the best Macro telephoto mode in the world currently?
Which phone have the best zooming mode in the world currently?
Which phone have the best flexibility that let user to have full control of their camera setting?
Which phone have the best camera Photography Kit that can give u extra zoom from 200mm and up to 800mm with highly usable picture and maximum zoom up to 1600mm?



Oppo ada? Xiaomi ada? iphone ada? honor ada? (in future i not sure but we are talking currently at 8/10/2025 9.47am)

I'm not any brand fan's boy , and i also dont like to be tighted by any brand and become their "fan boy" , i also defending xiaomi on their thread when i see there are confused statement , because i like to talk about FACT rather than "own feeling" u know what i mean?

Only BBK and See-How-Me can give good result at 100X zoom. That's the reason meow buy this phone.

All other modes is pointless.
