first of all,

i don't think there's any law stating you can't claim prize winnings if you're from certain religion. so in that case, if you have the ticket, feel free to claim the winnings.
big winning they won't publish names (so don't worry about the name muhammed etc. appearing in the media/news etc.), unless you subscribe to those small lucky draws via apps, like massat chair then they will publish partial details.
the 2nd question i guess you'll ask comes from the first point, which will be, proof of purchase. One might worry since you're not allowed to buy, therefore the concern of it being forfeited.
