No unbox video = No refund in Shopee Lazada?

so far all of my refunds via Lazada hardly ask for video, just submit photos will do using their refund function on the other hand shopee, only got 1 refund I submitted, and the refund strictly need both video and photos... like bruh it's a scattered glass, want me to video what shit? me dancing infront of opened box full of scattered glass? Platform will also ask seller juga. Video without cuts/clips is the best evidence.

Normally if I don't want the hassle of recording shit, I will carefully cut open the packaging so that if the item inside no good, I will pack it back and do the recording

My experience as seller. Need take pic of package before send. Any dispute shopee only want to see ur package before sent from seller, then compare to package received from buyer. Anyone who cannot produce it kena ass fucked by shopee.
