Shopee ordered a RM 11 50 cm light, with other junk.
My parcel came in a 40 cm bag.

take photo of 40 cm bag and they refund my RM 9. celaka shopee.

Other incident, Ordered 32GB of DDR5 RAM worth RM 600.
Need use CCTV that bodoh deliveryman lost my parcel when it reach my house no give parcel.

Then deliveryman sendiri pandai submit say hantar parcel edi.
Need CCTV video of outdoor claim I did not receive anything, then lazada willingly to refund my RM 600.

In a way, can understand oso lazada/seller's position when they need undeniable evidence before refunding. Read many cases where the buyer conned the seller where they swapped the product with their old or rosak ones, then claim refund for faulty unit, etc.

yup. getting ubsurd. few week ago i want to return because of “change mind “ but the seller reject “suspected item already open and used” . item still in wrap btw , so direct email lapsapda ( you cant dispute if rejected , so what the seller thought , just email lapsapda can settle lel)
and mention prepared to video clip if needed as proof

they reopen the case and i get my refund. just know what to do. usually skip the mumbo jumbo apps function and just elevate your case via email will do. most of us dunno how many hundred of thousand of riggit spend already whistling.gif

Bought some food stuff (sundry items, we usually buy in bulk). Usually no problem and its a prominent brand. But this time kurang satu bag. Escalate to seller, say no problem will send you. Waited and ask three times, saying on the way. Finally ask lazada, say sorry tak boleh buat apa2.

At last email the company directly; two days later the CEO of the company called (its memang that guy because he got masuk radio/tv before so I can recongise the voice). Say sorry and the next day send out the item.

The item not such a big issue la, but the way they treat you can make you damn geram. As mentioned by someone earlier, email is the best answer. If its a small company, maybe no luck, but bigger companies better chances of getting some recourse.

Quite dumb sometimes, seller parcel shipped recorded few kg, customer claim only receive 100gram item then Lazada come ask seller can u share packing video.

lol not seller fault la is platform sohai

They come ask seller for evidence also sometimes packing video

Seller pack so many things everyday want film packing every single package? Need to clearly see airwaybill somemore

Sohai la platform want give more appealing refund policy to buyer, but make it more difficult for seller instead.
