so far all of my refunds via Lazada hardly ask for video, just submit photos will do using their refund function

on the other hand shopee, only got 1 refund I submitted, and the refund strictly need both video and photos... like bruh it's a scattered glass, want me to video what shit? me dancing infront of opened box full of scattered glass?
