yup. getting ubsurd. few week ago i want to return because of “change mind “ but the seller reject “suspected item already open and used” . item still in wrap btw , so direct email lapsapda ( you cant dispute if rejected , so what the seller thought , just email lapsapda can settle lel)
and mention prepared to video clip if needed as proof

they reopen the case and i get my refund. just know what to do. usually skip the mumbo jumbo apps function and just elevate your case via email will do. most of us dunno how many hundred of thousand of riggit spend already
