Need CCTV video of outdoor claim I did not receive anything, then lazada willingly to refund my RM 600.
In a way, can understand oso lazada/seller's position when they need undeniable evidence before refunding. Read many cases where the buyer conned the seller where they swapped the product with their old or rosak ones, then claim refund for faulty unit, etc.My parcel came in a 40 cm bag.
