Shopee App : E-invoice, not received despite clicking send

As per above topic, has anyone been able to receive your E-invoice via email from the Shopee app??
I have been facing this problem since March 2025 and until today, the yoyos at Shopee still unable to resolve this. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as Shopee seems to infer that it's not them but my phone/OS etc π
All they do is close the report every week and reopen new case without resolving anything π€¦π»

App memang tak boleh pakai... request using web browser okay je.

submitted 3 request 2 weeks back, no issue
submitted 1 request last week, cant generate keep got error stated my information invalid (checked) multiple times, its all correct
submitted report, ding dong ding dong for 5 days, still in process, they still checking

for me, i received nothing from shopee if i click send
at the end i found workaround, login to desktop platform and download it
|

I saw your thread yesterday. I had never requested once before via Shopee apps but I had tried it last night, today morning can view the e-invoice.
However, I need to go in and press the Send button in order for Shopee to send the e-invoice to my e-mail, the e-mail sent to me was instant within 10 seconds.

Was your Shopee account linked to another email before this? I tried using my alt when setting up the eInvoicing thingy, but it was sent my main.

Nope, nvr had any other email. Further can received those emails from Shopee, just not my e-invoice π€¦π» And to make it worst, Shopee CS, refuses to manually send it to me and insisted to be hero...... and here we are 3 mths later π€

Not sure if it's really my Pixel 9 but tomorrow after Android 16, will try see if it's OS issue or not π
