Is it regarding the e-Invoice progress stuck at "Processing, please try again later

Strange, it worked for me.

Was your Shopee account linked to another email before this? I tried using my alt when setting up the eInvoicing thingy, but it was sent my main.

Yup, dealing with their CS is same as pulling teeth.

A last resort I could think of is to access it on the web and screenshot the invoice there... hmm.gif
