 Shopee App : E-invoice, not received despite clicking send

As per above topic, has anyone been able to receive your E-invoice via email from the Shopee app??

I have been facing this problem since March 2025 and until today, the yoyos at Shopee still unable to resolve this. Your feedback is greatly appreciated as Shopee seems to infer that it's not them but my phone/OS etc πŸ˜‘

All they do is close the report every week and reopen new case without resolving anything 🀦🏻

Nope, I can see the E-invoice at the app, just that after click send, nothing received at all 😞

Nope, nvr had any other email. Further can received those emails from Shopee, just not my e-invoice 🀦🏻

And to make it worst, Shopee CS, refuses to manually send it to me and insisted to be hero...... and here we are 3 mths later 😀

Done clear cache and data multiple time, so that's not it 😞 .......... also confirmed on the email by CS multiple time. Not sure if it's really my Pixel 9 but tomorrow after Android 16, will try see if it's OS issue or not πŸ˜…

Yeah, that's my thought too until I checked with LHDN and apparently, I don't even need a copy as once e-invoice issued, it's already in my name and tied to my TIN ☺️

So now, I just gaming their CS jer 🀣🀣🀣🀣
