Oral antibacterial mouthwash kills oral bacgeria that produce nitric oxide. There is scientific proof that this oral microbiome helps reduce blood pressure.

Hygiene hypothesis is real. We can see the effects now from the mindsetting that all bacteria do harm to our body.

Your body produces Nitric Oxide every day.
It opens up your blood vessels, delivering oxygen to your brain and heart.
By age 40, your nitric oxide levels can drop by 50%.
Without enough Nitric Oxide, blood flow slows, and your heart age faster.

Improve nitric oxide (NO) levels
NO is the key molecule for vascular health.
Boost it by:
• Eating more beets, arugula, and pomegranate
• Stop mouthwash (kills NO-producing bacteria in mouth ) nod.gif

Nitric oxide helps protect the endothelium, the layer of cells that line the blood vessels. Too little nitric oxide can lead to a condition called endothelial dysfunction. It damages the cells and increases risk of cardiovascular disease.

Above info using G Ai .

Conclusion... Avoid Mouthwash

Exercise, especially strength resistance training fasting، also increases NO. So does herbs like tongkat ali ، arginine، citruline, red meat also increases NO. If you want to go aggressive, go to some wellness clinic they can do EECP. It works by introducing shearing force to your blood vessels wall that stimulate NO production. It's also call natural bypass. It creates new blood vessels that bypass your clogged arteries. Quite cool if you have some money to splurge on health. It's worth it if you are damn lazy tor too buzy to exercise.. although cannot replace exercise benefit totally lar

Not sure if this is available in Malaysia because it is considered a bit on the expensive side, but this is definitely better than your average Listerine or other mouthwash. Plus point is alcohol free.

Bad breath usually link to oral hygiene. Not something that require mouth wash Listerine etc. If you keep your teeth clean and no food stuck between teeth but still has bad breath, it can be something else related to your health. Can read link below.
