Just do a google search- full body for beginner workout will do, start off with calisthenic first.

Instead of asking here and there 'which is the best' won't get u anywhere and wasting time, take the first step is the most important

Good for u, this age so much info available
When i started. There is only 6packshortcuts with mike chang and his towel rows
Btw there is no need for personal trainer, they are a waste of money

Not waste money if he sees a pretty female personal trainer. Just hire her then will be super motivated for gym.
Also please stay away from corssfit programs. They all act like orang gila

Thats not sustainable. Unless he is very loaded la.
Fitness is about the long run.
If he just do it for the spur of the moment then do watever the fuk he wants.
Ive seen too many of these people. Out of 10, 6 will quit, 3 will bcome casual sometimes see, sometimes dont, 1 will sustain long run frequent player

Hire personal trainer. Learn how to use equipment 1st, correct form. Ask them to create routine for you.
