Just do a google search- full body for beginner workout will do, start off with calisthenic first.
Instead of asking here and there 'which is the best' won't get u anywhere and wasting time, take the first step is the most important |

Good for u, this age so much info available When i started. There is only 6packshortcuts with mike chang and his towel rows Btw there is no need for personal trainer, they are a waste of money |

Hire personal trainer. Learn how to use equipment 1st, correct form. Ask them to create routine for you.
