Problem is company already start firing those above 50, if retirement age 65, from 51 to 64, they need to be beggar for 13 yrs before can withdraw EPF…

1 study showed that when 1 person continue to work post-60, every 1 year of work would shorten his/her lifespan by 2 years.

So if 1 person's expected life is 80yo, then by letting him/her work till 65, will theoretically lead to him/her die around age 70.

65 to 70 just 5 years, no more not enough money to sustain retirement issue.
