The supervisor was smart didn't want to enter the scene and was already waiting for those staffs to receive disciplinary actions(probably also planning to get rid of them).

Soon after when management from top came asking after the complain filed and videos leaked to public, he will just say I had nothing to do with this and did not want to interefere. I support the customer..play safe.

95% monogamous but where it went wrong is that the locals adopted a foreign culture and lifestyle of the Middle East instead of their own.

That is why it didn't worked out.

China and Japan is different they have their own proud culture and society which has history of few thousand years of civilization.

they sent kentoushi, kenzuishi to learn Chinese culture、even their previous capital Kyoto is built from mimicking foreign China Chang-An capital
During the meiji restoration, the meiji emperor also promote copy foreign western culture

He arrive 30 mins before the flight time. Not boarding time. While the 2 BLM attitude got problem. The customer is no saint either. The BLM should have told him boarding gate closed 30 mins before departure and check in counters close 1 hour before departure. So going there 30 mins before departure you definitely not gonna board the flight even you have tickets. Showing your customer is king attitude only makes the situation worst.

If you have asked the staff politely and seek their help. A good staff will definitely do something for you out of courtesy… I once reached HKIA 20 mins before departure and I ask the check in counters close politely (flying SQ). They walkie talkie to the gate and ask if the plane can wait for me. When the plane captain give the green light (1-2 mins later), she escort me to zoom pass immigration and security thru crew lane to the gates really appreciate their help but in that scenario, it is in their every right to deny my entry.

Even the airlines official spokeperson already admit their wrong and refunded the passenger's ticket money and reimbursed him another flight for the inconvenience caused.
