and people/gov need to understand....commercial rental's rate are the highest compared to residential
if the rent is RM10k, that's RM800 extra...u call it rental increment but at the same time it's not because it goes to the gov

thn after that u may want to increase your rent too which is for you but thn the SST makes it goes up too rclxub.gif

yes , income rental u pay sst% , then rental income tax is another calculation, like u pay 2 tax. But for now lets wait for the actual SST announcement coming soon before 1 may 2025, curious how this guy got the info but better ready bah

hopefully this is fake news lah.

because this is really kerajaan Mahaldani f**king us landlords in the @$$, collecting taxes from all corners.

just bring back GST but name it as VAT and start with 3% first lah. then increase bit by bit say 0.5% per year, then hit max ceiling at 6% enough lah.
