and people/gov need to understand....commercial rental's rate are the highest compared to residential
if the rent is RM10k, that's RM800 extra...u call it rental increment but at the same time it's not because it goes to the gov

thn after that u may want to increase your rent too which is for you but thn the SST makes it goes up too
thn your own rental income is also subjected to income tax as well
